  We accept credit cards via our Secure Check out (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card). Credit Cards are accepted via our Secure check out.. For the quickest shipment, payment with a credit card is recommended. Money orders and checks are accepted on an individual basis, please call or email for details. Money order payments ship the day after payment arrives. Checks are held for ten (10) days or until clear through our bank. Returned Checks subject to $20.00 processing fee. • Shipping & Delivery
• Most orders are shipped via United States Post Office First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail. Most items will ship the day of or after orders are received excluding weekends and postal holidays. Delivery usually takes 3-10 business days. We also have Express shipping available. Express orders must be submitted before 12 noon pacific time in order to be processed the same day. Delivery for express shipping averages 1-2 postal working days. A Signature is required upon delivery of all express packages and high dollar orders. All packages are shipped Insured by Colors of One against Loss or Damage. Lost or Damaged packages will be replaced or refunded by Colors of one. Heavy packages will be shipped UPS ground. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.



• Sales Tax
• Colors Of One charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



• Warranties
• Pride Products All purchases (except body jewelry) are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee for 30 days. All returns must be made within 30 days and must arrive in NEW condition, no returns will be accepted for any reason after 30 days. Please contact us to let us know about the return. We will replace items or credit you for the full amount of the items purchase price within approximately 15 days of the return. Original shipping and handling charges will NOT be reimbursed nor will your shipping charges incurred to return the item(s) to us. If an item needs to be returned due to a mistake by our shipping department or due to a product defect, your replacement item(s) will be sent to you without a shipping charge. Unauthorized returns are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee. Make sure you package your return merchandise so it arrives in NEW condition. We will not assume responsibility for items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging. We also recommend insuring the return package.

• No returns are accepted after 30 days for any reason. Body Jewelry is Non Returnable, this includes Earrings.
